Going backwards?

Haven't posted in a while so here goes....... I feel like I'm going backwards! I graduated the C25K in July and by the end of August ran a 10k race in 1hr 13....

My app is gd but varies to nhs on wk 9

I am doing the vandersoft couch to 5 k using the app. I am very happy with this but noticed the run on week 9 is 40 mins as opposed to 30 on the nhs plan....
