Is there an app?

Hello, just graduated from C25K this morning and am planning to try to do 3 runs of 30 mins for a few weeks to try to run further - I was not at 5k having run 5km. However I enjoy a challenge and would like after that to build up to 10k. Is there an app related to c25k to help and support you in a structured way from 5 to 10k? I have found others but just wondered if there was one related to the actual app which helped me this far?

Congratulation on your graduation 👍🎉😄

You could try the Couch25k+ podcasts (on NHS website). Stepping stones, speed & stamina. They are structured just like C25k so familiar and motivating. I particularly like speed which is interval training and useful for shorter runs. I used 'stamina' to increase my distance by running through the warm down and continuing after the podcast had finished, just increasing little by little. Some folk use Sami Murphy bridge to 10k but I didn't get on with that, found it too much of a leap 😕 Check out previous posts on this forum too- lots of great advice. Best of luck 😊
