Not as gung ho but still running

I haven't been as active running the last month or two but I'm still getting in at least one 5k a week, usually 2 or 3. Occasionally I get motivated and run a 10k but I haven't gone past that. My wife however, has been steady and is now putting in more weekly miles than me! We continue to do one race a month, today was September's race. It was in a muscadine vineyard and winery so very pretty and wine at the end. I got first again in my bracket, again because I was the only man in my bracket! I have no shame though so I'll take the medal anyway. Unfortunately this time they ran out of first place ones, so gave me a second.

Wow! Must be nice to run in a vineyard with the promise of a sample at the end! 😄

Shane about the 2nd place medal - can they swap it for a 1st in future when they have one?

It's an annual run, so next year would be the earliest and I'm sure I'll forget by then, but I'm not too worried about it.
