I am doing the vandersoft couch to 5 k using the app. I am very happy with this but noticed the run on week 9 is 40 mins as opposed to 30 on the nhs plan. Should i do 40 if i can or is 30 more realalistically acheiveable. Faye
My app is gd but varies to nhs on wk 9 - Bridge to 10K

Follow the plan you've chosen 🙂

I'd stick with your plan - it wouldn't be telling you to do 40 minutes if it didn't think you were ready for it.
Good luck!
All C2 5K plans follow the same, tried and trusted, plan - to enable someone to run continuously for 30 mins (The 5K in the title is just bling)
So, I am very dubious of your app asking you to run for 40 mins
