I have been recommended it for hypothtroid. Apparantly Siberian is more suitable than Korean. Just thought it might also help with Raynaud's. Any opions...

Does anyone find vitamin E helps with Raynaud's? If so how much? I've tried nifedipine etc over the years

( I'm 71 - had raynauds from early teens) Prescribed meds only work for a time. Any suggestions welcome, I'm sure theres an answer somewhere!
