Vitamin E never worked for me when I tried it for about 3 or 4 months. I also tried Evening Primrose & that was the same, it did nothing for my Raynaud's.
I've tried a long list of different meds & the last on the list was the one that suited me the best... Captorpil (12.5 mg 4 times a day) It doesn't stop the Raynaud's but it does lessen the severity.
Hope you manage to find something that works for you soon.
Thanks Angela046,
Have not tried captorpril but have used other ace inhibitors with limited success Evening primrose likewise I think the vit E is helping I've been very cautious, will try higher dose. Anyway, glad of your interest
