A must watch webinar with a Q&A opportunity. This webinar looks at appropriate exercise/activity to maintain and improve stamina, strength, and flexibility. It is essential that the muscles are as efficient as possible to reduce strain on the heart and lungs. This webinar is also expected to include exercising safely, online exercise resources, adapting your exercises, managing fatigue and pacing.

Do not miss out on this great opportunity to learn more and to ask questions live and interactive. We look forward to seeing you there. It's very easy to join our Zoom Webinar: click the link, fill in the details and you're registered, you'll then be guided to download the Zoom software and when the webinar starts you can use the link to join us.

Will is a Consultant Physiotherapist working for the Rheumatology Team at Salford Royal. The team at Salford have a specialist interest in Scleroderma and Raynaud’s. Will has led on the physiotherapy management of these conditions for the past 15 years and has developed a keen interest in the evidence based and real-life best exercise habits and treatments. He has spoken on Scleroderma rehabilitation internationally and has a number of published papers on the topic. At the end of June, we will also be having another webinar titled 'Living well with fatigue in people with Scleroderma' with our expert speaker Lucy Reeve. So please keep your eyes peeled.
