I believe we all have an invisible illness, its a daily struggle feeling sick on the inside while we look fine on the outside.

So true, even people that know me well and know I have an illness that causes me to be sick a lot of the time, because it doesnt show or it isnt something they understand like Cancer, they often think I am putting it on so to speak. I know they get irritated when I have to cancel things at the last minute but I have learned to deal with it and I am not embarrassed to explain in great detail to people what I have, that either makes them go into a stupor or they are a bit more understanding!
