I started my 5:2 approach 4wks ago and lost a significant amount of weight in the first three wks (I know usual).... Starting weight 14.2

#WLC. Wk1 Well this is my second try at the goal post started a few weeks ago after doing the Dukan diet and losing 1.5 stone.

Wow, one week of 1,400 calories a day combined with 3 gentle gym sessions and 3 home workouts as suggested on the site and I'm 7lbs lighter.
