Hi has anyone done the 5 to 2 diet and been able to exercise on the days with fewer calories as a aerobic instructor I need to exercise every day sugar levels will drop if you don't have enough food please let me know if anyone has tried it before I commit to it

Perhaps you could ask your doctor about this? It might not be a good idea for your circumstances.

Hi. I've just been reading about 5:2 and thyroid patients. The advice is to not do too much exercise as it will impact on your metabolism. I'll submit the link in case people haven't seen it.
