Well I've lost 1lb this week. 35 to go. Slow but sure disappointed its not more but hey ho I haven't gained

Well done. Your more likely to keep it off losing it slowly. Also you are more likely to avoid yo yoing

Thats fine. Definitely better to be slow but sure.

Good on you!! My partner has lost over a stone since June. At first it was 3 maybe 4 pounds a fortnight.now it's 1 pound at week.don't be disappointed!! Just stick to what your doing and the weight will come off.As others say on here...slow but sure is the way.Before you know it your 35 pounds will have gone too!!! X

Two weeks and I've burnt off HALF A STONE!!!! I know, I'm shouting but I'm a bit pleased with this....
