Probably best to discuss with your doctor, but good luck with weight loss.
Medication like lithium can affect your weight, unfortunately. Make sure you are eating good quality protein and veg, cut back on sugar and processed foods. And check with your doctor as Wndswept said.

Just as for people with any other prevailing medical condition, I recommend seeking advice from medical practitioners as to how the condition(s) might impinge upon their weight loss efforts, and vice versa.
