Hello everyone,
This week, I am 14 stone 0.4 pounds, and this week I lost 0.6 pounds. I had hoped to lose more, but I am still celebrating this loss, as I've had quite a frustrating week - had a bad cold and therefore couldn't go to the gym or do much exercise.
Still trying to get rid of the cold, so hopeful that I might be feeling better soon, and hope to be back to doing more exercise very soon. In the meantime, I'm trying to eat healthily.
I hope you have all had a good week, and best of luck with your goals for next week. I am going to give myself the goal to lose 1 pound this week.
