I did my weigh in yesterday and I now weigh 11 st. 2 lbs. I have lost 2.2 lbs in two weeks. Since I have been monitoring my calorie intake for the last week, I realized that I need to reduce my calorie intake. I am hoping with this change, I can move from 1.1 lbs a week to 2 lbs.
