For hyper/subclinical hyper, what would be a recommended low dose of Carbimazole to relieve symptoms?

My TSH is 0.6 (0.3 - 4.2), FT4 is normal 15.1 (12 - 22), lab did not test FT3 but have requested again. I have lots of clinical symptoms
