Referral recommendation in the East Midlands area or further if I have to!!

My doctor has a letter waiting for me to give to an endocrinologist of my choice asking to be referred. She doesn't rate the choice in derby and I wonder if anyone can recommend anyone a bit further afield? Many thanks in advance x

I moved house last December I also had to move GPs- big mistake! The GPs I am stuck with have no knowledge of T3 therapy gradually over a six month period they have cut my dose to half the amount I was feeling well on. With the problems with the potency of T3 not being taken into consideration my health went gone down hill. The GPs want me to go miles away to see an Endo and Derby was one hospital I was pondering on. I did ask to go to Hull to see Dr Mohammed but he wrote back to my GPs to explain that he does not work with T3.

I would be interested to know if you get any recommendations. I wish you well xx

Hi, I live in Leicester and the best I could get was a Dr Vinod Patel based at the Coventry Meriden hospital. Did wonders for me. Good luck finding one.
