I am embarking on a gluten free diet to see if it will help my now severe joint pain , has anyone experience of this ?

I had to reintroduce gluten into my diet(after 3years gf) in order to have a biopsy to be diagnosed with coeliac, and during this time my joint pain was terrible.

Have you had your vitamin D level checked? -low levels can cause severe joint pain

Yes I take vit d and get my levels tested, gluten free not really made much difference to joint pain, but I do generally feel better not eating gluten.
