Has anyone been diagnosed as hypo due to TT from multi nodules but not have hashis or graves?

Other forums say go gluten free, try paleo, have alot of tests done but if its not autoimmune, will all of that matter?

I have charcot marie tooth disease and have recently had a part then a total thyroidectomy due to cancer. Need help with meds.HELP.
