Re Chronotherapy body clock and thyroid meds.

I find this interesting and hope it will help us all but I'm still trying to get my head around it. I know I'll never make a scientist. I read Paul Robinson's book and did some readings for him. He was kind enough to comment and I have been following his advice. Except for the early tablet. It seems so cruel when I've not slept well to have to wake up to take a tablet. Now this chronotherapy has come to light telling us to work with our body clock. I take 10 mcg. T3 on rising (6am) then at 10am and after lunch at 2pm and again at 6pm. The last three are during rest periods but then nothing for twelve hours. I feel ok on this dose but could I feel better???
