My blood results 3 months ago were TSH 2.04, T4 14.3, T3 4.1 and new results are TSH 5.8, T4 8.5, T3 4.1. Can anyone interpret this for me??

Well I would imagine you feel worse - do you? And are you on any medication? What has the doctor said? Also, can you get the reference ranges for the results as it will help with the interpretation.

You're hypothyroid. TSH is produced by the pituitary gland to nudge your thyroid to produce the inactive hormone FT4 which converts in the liver to the active hormone FT3. Rising TSH and falling FT4 and FT3 mean your thyroid can't cope. If you are taking thyroxine you aren't taking enough. If you aren't medicated your GP should start you on thyroxine now.

No symptoms? Not thinning hair, brittle or soft nails? Generally when someone feels well on NDT they're advised to keep on taking their normal dose but I've only seen that when TSH is low or suppressed.

You could ask to be retested in case there was a lab error if you don't want to increase Armour. I understand reluctance to fix what ain't broke.

I think you're unlikely to continue to feel well unless you increase your Armour and get your TSH lower, at least to around 2 where you were 3 months ago, although most people seem more comfortable when TSH is around 1.

You may still be feeling the cellular benefits of your serum TFT from March. You could feel pretty lousy in August if you start feeling at cellular level your recent serum levels.
