I am quite worried. My TFH is 2.45 (I have been taking levothyroxine 50mg - it was 5.8). Nxt test Free T4 = 14.8 and Serum T3 = 4.6 - help?

I also have B12 injections (every 3 months) and take iron tabs (for anemeia?)
