If a person has problems converting T4 to T3, could it be possible they also have problems converting to T2 & T1?

Could that be why Nutri Thyroid / Adrenal is the only supplement that will work for some people?

My daughter, who is 37 and has Down Syndrome, has somewhat high free T3 and her TSH is creeping up. This doesn't make sense??
