my last tsh level was 0.77 and after 4 weeks my level is 2.88 because my endo reduced thyroxine from 145mcg to 137mcg .now am feeling blood

pressure 130/100 and weight gain also.is I should increase thyroxine again?

My serum ferritin is 15ug/L, but I haven't been given a range. Is 15 necessarily low or might it be normal in some ranges?
