Any ideas why my heart is beating faster I feel chesty and a bit anxious irritable?

My Tsh is supposedly at 1.8 (which is supposed to be good). My last t3 was at one point above the minimum number and my ferritin at 30.

I feel horrible am I not converting?

Your ferritin is far too low. This is possibly contributing to what you are experiencing. You may also not be on enough thyroid medication yet. The trouble is that, while your ferritin is so low, you may have trouble increasing your dose of thyroid medication.

CarolynB is correct about your ferritin. This is also a list of vitamins which can help the thyroid gland. The last 3 are particularly good for converting. These are two links:

If your fast heartbeat is troubling you, try reducing dose slightly to see if it helps.
