My Tsh is supposedly at 1.8. My last t3 was at one point above the minimum number and my ferritin at 30.
I feel horrible am I not converting?

Your ferritin seems low. Maybe try an iron supplement. Your GP should prescribe one; I was given Fersaday for a few months.

Anuba,
You're probably a little undermedicated. A slight increase would bring your TSH down a bit and enable your FT3 to rise. Most people feel better when TSH is just above or just below 1. Ideally FT4 and FT3 will be in the top 75% of range.
Your ferritin is very low and will ideally be over 70 or halfway in range to enable absorption of Levothyroxine. Ask your GP for a scrip or buy ferrous fumarate and take each dose with 500mg-1,00mg vitamin C to aid absorption and mitigate constipation problems caused by iron.
Your vitamin D, B12 and folate need to be high in range to feel well, too.
If FT3 above range could sell be this, even high in range doers not suit everyone. Very potent. See what your iron is too, transference test shows % absorption, needs to be high ,whatever the rest is.
B12 needs to be high in range. Could be any of these 3.

I had constant palpitations on levothyroxine. Even some trips by ambulance to A&E.
