  • I think junk food addiction is a bit far fetched, particularly for those here who understand that a good diet is one way they can help themselves. Possibly more fitting for members on a weight loss forum, the ones who eat takeaway food often, or those I see having an 11am 'snack' at McDonalds. Making it seem as though we're reliant on such food is a bit offensive. I have fish & chips maybe once a month & enjoy it, a Chinese or Thai 2 or 3 times a year. I don't think it makes such a difference to afford myself such a pleasurable easy meal once in a while.

  • Very good explanation. Much better than blaming people, more likely to have a positive outcome. Will look at sites recommend.
