Reminds me of Penn Jillette who was motivated to lose his excess body weight when he was offered yet another medication to cope with the side-effects of his BP medication: "After his high blood pressure landed him in the hospital in 2015, actor and illusionist Penn Jillette went from 330 to 225 pounds – not using magic, but by making drastic changes in his eating habits.

How true! I am on so many meds for side effects! I take 20 pills in the morning, I call it my mid-morning snack!

Luckily I don't have to take so many....are you ever tempted to just shove them all in a glass of water & just glugg the lot down?

I tried lol but choked on my potassium pills as they are the size of my pinky finger! Spit water all over and inhaled some too! So now I take the potassium one at a time and all the rest at once!

Poor you.....I have just started taking calcium pills...they are the size of my thumb....so I just crush them in milk......when I take them that is.....I think they are a waste of time!

I do do that AgedCrone, I put them all in a eggcup then get a glass of juice and gulp the lot down and my vitamins are the same.xxx
