Vitamin D

Hi All At my recent bloods a new nurse agreed to test ferritin and vitamin D as well as TSH/T4. Hurrah. Vitamin D has come back out of range, but no range or measurement is stated on the report!

Got out Sledding with my Kids today... Felt nice and my mind actually was momentarily at peace. It was refreshing watching them and their simple and innocent enjoyment, kids just living in the moment sliding down a snowy hill in the Sunshine, belly laughing the whole time!☀️❄⛄

I’m looking for feedback regarding the importance of vitamin D when asymptomatic compensated. Are OTC vitamin D supplements safe? Thank you in advance if you respond.

Low vitamin D

I’ve had blood test which indicates 21.6 level of vit D which is low. Explains a lot of my symptoms. Gp not in today and the others are only fielding vital calls. Should I take a supplement meantime? I’m on 50 level thyrox. Home alone and anxious....

Vitamin D deficient

Had blood work done today and found out that my vitamin d is deficient. All my other blood work looked normal besides my sugar being on the higher side. It’s scary to me especially because what I’ve done research on what could cause it and such of course I think it’s the worse case scenario.

vitamin D problems

Sometime ago I went to see an Endocrinologist regarding my D levels which at the time were extremely low (11). He prescribed 50,000 a week dose for 6 weeks and thereafter 2,000 per day. I was fine on the 50,000 dose but since have had trouble with stomach ache when I take the 2,000 dose. I have tried

Vitamin D - Call for Evidence

We know that many of us are vitamin D deficient and there has been some evidence that shows that low levels of vitamin D are not good for Covid so this call for evidence is really important. Dr John Campbell explains about vitamin D here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Vitamin D and K2

I have just purchased Vit D3000+K2 as an oral spray from Better You. From my previous post, I realise that K2MK7 was recommended, what is the difference between K2 and K2 MK7 please?

Yes, Vitamin D again - but not specifically PCa.

Someone raised the question - is vitamin D supplementation ever a good idea? TA: "JoAnn Mason (sic), probably the foremost expert on this ..."

Vitamin D causing tinnitus

Hi, I posted a little while back about vitamin D supplements causing tinnitus, well it turns out its not just supplements. I've been in the sun on a few occasions over the last couple of months and it affects my tinnitus in the same way. What the hell do I do?

Vitamin D

I think I have tracked down my upper back aches to taking Vit D. and K 2 . Certainly don’t suffer it when I stop . Is it something anyone gets and is there any answers to increasing my level ? It was 52 last time tested
