im struggling with getting active again which is why I hoped a massage may help. I have quite bad spondylitis and my neck muscles are very painful and hard which I was hoping a massage would help.

What timescale after such a heart event is it safe to have a fully body massage at a spa?

I enjoyed the massage a lot, so it'd be a shame to have to stop going for them.

So I'm 3 years in with PMR and have reduced down to 2mgs of prednisone, albeit with a little discomfort which I'm prepared to put up with rather than all the side effects of the corticosteroid So, I'm booked for a holiday next month which includes a complimentary massage but because I'm not used to them

I’m currently having a migraine , I can’t get rid of the pain , I’ve tried Metacarbamol, paracetamol ,codien, breathing and meditation finger tip massage and it hasn’t helped … I really need suggestions

I'm a fellow fibro sufferer too and was wondering if anyone has tried using a massage chair to help with the pain and stiffness. Any recommendations would be welcome. Thank you.

Obviously I wouldn’t want my chest massages but I wonder if the pressure on a back massage might also not be a good idea? Thank you for any feedback.

My physio has treated it with massage and ultrasound several times without much success and said I'd probably benefit from a steroid injection, so I've made an appointment to have this done at my GP surgery.

Any ideas whether it's safe to use a small massage gun to relieve pain in Hips suffering from Arthritis? Tried out for very short time one that our son-in-law had, it seemed great. I don't suffer with bleeding, no bad response to blood tests or surgical removals of cells on hands and face.

Tried ice pack, heat, massage, wrapping my legs. Does this ever end? Have an appointment with b a local nureolgist but probably will not keep as he will have old ideas?
