im struggling with getting active again which is why I hoped a massage may help. I have quite bad spondylitis and my neck muscles are very painful and hard which I was hoping a massage would help.

What timescale after such a heart event is it safe to have a fully body massage at a spa?

So I'm 3 years in with PMR and have reduced down to 2mgs of prednisone, albeit with a little discomfort which I'm prepared to put up with rather than all the side effects of the corticosteroid So, I'm booked for a holiday next month which includes a complimentary massage but because I'm not used to them

Any ideas whether it's safe to use a small massage gun to relieve pain in Hips suffering from Arthritis? Tried out for very short time one that our son-in-law had, it seemed great. I don't suffer with bleeding, no bad response to blood tests or surgical removals of cells on hands and face.

So, the Internet expert - you know them, Doctor Google - seems to say - as does the therapist - that a lymphatic drainage massage is not only ok for IVF but potentially good - my hope is that it'll shift any remaining toxins in my system before going into pumping-up-these-follicles-stage.

Hi everyone, just thinking out loud with my friend about whether lymphatic drainage massage would be any help for us, or a relaxation method or poking the tiger? My friend is adamant that it would help but…… don’t see my Haematologist till the end of the month when I will ask his opinion.
