Hi all, I have this terrible itchy skin, mostly arms and legs, after any contact with water, apart from the
swimming
pool, strangely, and wondered if anyone could recommend a cream that would help.

Each day we had little activities planned, a bike ride at sunset, awesome hiking trails,
swimming
at lake Frazier...seeing kangaroos in the wild... I was getting stronger. I realized upon returning home I needed to up my activity level to get stronger.

Anyone know how soon I can swim in a hotel pool after my hybrid mini maze. All wounds are healed over but still raised.

S-ICD - Am I still able to exercise as normal without too many limitations?
When you have an S-ICD, is it okay when running,
swimming
, cycling or doing light weights at the gym? Or does the size of it /wires make things like this a bit awkward?

When shall I start 10K ??
I'm running 3 times a week (including a weekly Parkrun) and
swimming
twice weekly too. While the weather is not so "run friendly" - ie windy, dark and cold (I don't do cold weather), I'm running on a treadmill during the week and outside in the Parkrun on a Saturday.

Update
I left it a couple of days and then ran 5k which I did find hard, especially in my legs but I did run my fastest 5k to date at just over 31 minutes I will be keeping to my usual activities this week which is a mixture of
swimming
, running and yoga/pilates and then have an easier week next week in

My 11 year old has Myositis
She’s not been given any medication, but other than seeing a physio once a week and as parents we are doing the exercises twice a day and once a day five times a week in a
swimming
pool, but finding the whole thing difficult/ challenging, and trying to keep her positive is hard.

Gabapentin side effects
Sometimes I feel like I have a huge weight on my body, just like it feels when you get out of a
swimming
pool. I can’t think straight either as I was going to say when I started it, probably February.

A One Time Experience
And makes me look even more forward to open water
swimming
. I can experience not being able to get warm no matter what I do.
Swimming
then getting warm in the sun is the best. Unless you buy into sun energy is bad.

Any recommended cardiologists in far NW/NE England for specific BP problems
Meanwhile for last 15 months I have been
swimming
45 mins 5x a week, and intermittent fasting in the hope of loosing weight ( no more than 1.5 kg lost)…but still got the BP hyper/ hypo stats and symptoms. I have had a 24 hr BP monitor which averaged out at a respectable 131/66.

🍏Time is running out
I managed 3 runs and lots of outdoor
swimming
in the hot springs plus lots of walks. This made it easy to do a 4k run here yesterday. It’s amazing how cross training aids our runs! If you haven’t been across to S & F site yet do explore it.
