Stressed Out
I went dog walking and
swimming
this morning, but it hasn’t helped. I really need a glass of wine!

Just joined - I’m new
I am quick an active person who likes exercising and often in the gym doing high impact classes but since being diagnosed I am unable to do these classes and now I can only do activities such as
swimming
and yoga which really upsets me and reduces me to tears.

Exercise post TT
A year post surgery I rushed at exercise (when still on levo) and crashed in a heap, in meantime I've done gentle stuff,
swimming
, yoga, walking building stamina up.

Shin splints - time to stop running?
I might go
swimming
for a fortnight instead. But will be hard to train in the same way without the app!

Need free gym
I normally use my local community leisure centre (
swimming
and gym). I would prefer
swimming
but the present state of my fingers makes it very difficult to get changed. Getting my fingers wet is also a discomfort.

Just getting started
My husband has gone back to
swimming
regularly and I've seen how it has helped him. I need to juggle my fitness routine around work and childcare.

Swimming for running
Hi, My first foray into sport as an adult was regularish
swimming
for about 4 months back in 2016 - I even joined the local leisure centre! Since then I have been only a handful of times and this year the focus has been on starting c25k.

Yes! all counts in normal range but...
I have experienced a few spells of breathlessness, the latest being 2/3rds of the way down the first length of the
swimming
pool. I had to roll over in the water and float. It's a scary feeling.

Need organized thyroid info to take to new endo.
I feel like I helped people as a nurse, and now I'm
swimming
upstream alone. irina1975 BTY I am on 125 mcg of Levo. I had been on 100mcg until last October when- after my TSH was higher than the normal range, I pushed to have my dose raised.

Low phosphate and low lymphocyte
Have been self injecting B12 for 3 months (balance and
swimming
head much improved). (Have also posted today on PAS site). Fatigue still the worst symptom. I now struggle to do anything around the house. I can still walk and cycle as long as I don't encounter any hills!

Stalemate, advice please?
I had really good results and am exercising in the gym,
swimming
and walking everywhere. For the last month it has been almost everyday. I have not only gone up a kg in the last fortnight, this month I weigh exactly the same as last month.
