Try again next month
I do a fair bit of exercise-
swimming
, jogging, cycling and yoga/ Pilates. For me that doesn’t count as strenuous or vigourus as it’s what I do anyway, bit scared that that’s what made it not work. But I feel like if I didn’t do it I’d get stressed and that would be bad as well????

Can anyone offer advice regarding my results and dosage please.
I have in the last twelve days been getting a sort of dizzy
swimming
feeling in my head, feeling nauseous, headache and really tired. I am wondering if this is because of increasing my levo. or if it is a bug/virus. Taking 125mcg. levothyroxine.

Running in swimming shorts - I guess at some point I need to buy some proper gear.
W1 R3 now done, am I runner yet? Maybe. But as I had no sportswear I have been running in my swim shorts, I don't think anyone has noticed! If I complete week 2 I may invest in a pair of shorts!

Hiii!
It’s been 2 weeks since I last ran and oh how I’ve missed it 😢 I have been
swimming
and stretching in the meantime which is great for the hip but doesn’t give me that buzz I get from a run!!

Yippee I am there
With 10,000 steps a day,
swimming
and counting those calories I am now gone from overweight to normal in six weeks. It is difficult as I am at my home abroad and we go out to many dinner parties.

W6 R1 alarm set early!
Swimming
, strength & flex & tens machine seem to have done the trick. I think I needed to build up muscles elsewhere & flexibility to maintain a good technique....strength & flex tomorrow.

Sun, sea, SI joints and Cellcept
Swimming
in warm water was an absolute boon for sore and achy joints. Arriving back in the UK just after the cold snap at the end of March felt like gravity being switched on again! I could barely move for the first week.

Staggered start
(i have bitten the bullet and joined a gym with a pool, because i love
swimming
) Is beening adhered to this week. My sciatica is rearing its ugly head but i’m not giving in. So far tho i’ve done 30 mins on a static bike every morning aiming for 5 weekly 30 min ‘proper’ exercise sessions.

Hi all, Newby here
My question to the group is that I'm looking to buy a pedometer but I'd like 1 that is waterproof to log my
swimming
as well. Can anyone recommend a good one, not too pricey?

A quick hello to old and new 💋
This photo was taken yesterday whilst in Spain post-swim, where I’m
swimming
3km everyday (for 16 days straight!) For this particular challenge I’m raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK, but I’m already devising my next big challenge in aid of OC. Anyways - my love & light go out to you all.

Blood tests normal....but things are anything but!
I also stopped all of the rigorous exercise and started
swimming
3 times a week. I finally de-puffed and lost some weight! My brain fog and exhaustion dissipated.

Early signs of labour / help!
I went
swimming
earlier as thought would help the aching which it did and was relaxing! Then as I was walking a few hours later I felt like water was coming out but was just a small amount. Now this evening the Braxton Hicks are getting tighter and more regular but more painful like cramps.

Just signed up and fed up with PMR
I have discovered that
swimming
is better than any tablet form of pain relief. Many times I have eased myself painfully into
swimming
pools and open water, thinking this is a really stupid idea, but after 10 minutes the pain dissolves (often for the rest of that day).

Still Waiting for Summer.
We've also had more than our fair share of rain making the lawn more like a
swimming
pool. Having a greenhouse has been of real benefit to me since building it . It has renewed my interest in growing cacti and allows me to get outdoors whilst still being in a warm atmosphere.

Rubbish week, great run
Didn’t finish work until late last night and didn’t sleep great but had been looking forward to getting out so decided if I woke up in enough time before kids
swimming
I’d head out. Wide awake just before seven so off I went.
