carbs...
Generally I did ok...I realised that I was hungry and snacked on a packet of crisp and two sweets. ( I took my children
swimming
and was so hungry afterwards...) However I reflected and noticed that I ve had carbs in every meal...would this hinder the weight loss. thanks

Loads and loads of them, but all the wrong shape, not
swimming
, clumped together or dead. ☹️ ROS has come back 10times over the recommended levels. Urologist is amazed we managed to have our daughter 2 years ago by ICSI, says the embryologist literally found a needle in a haystack.

Severe copd
As I sit here now I have no symtomes but as soon as I get up and try to do anything that's when it all gets distressing just to visit a neibour or answer the door feels like
swimming
a river but not being able to reach the the end its like drowning. So I sit back down.

Mechanical or tissue valve replacement?
Nothing too strenuous but I like
swimming
and hiking. I was born with a biscupid aortic valve which has been watched for the last 6 years. It has now tipped into the severe category and I have been told I need imminent aortic valve replacement therapy.

Could regular swimming in the sea help stop Lipoedema?
Just a thought but
swimming
regularly in the cold sea (perhaps followed by a warm sauna on the beach) might help circulation, etc. Many older people do this in Germany and swear by the health benefits. Could this be promoted in the UK? Some people seem to be trying it out in Brighton.

New to this
I’ve been doing yoga for 4 years , recently gave up teaching
swimming
as I was coughing too much, , I cough a lot, but never feel out of breath. I nebulise twice a day and have medication to loosen the mucus , and anti inflammatory pills at night.

I started to run to catch my train
I used to practice every sport like
swimming
, volleyball, tennis, gymnastics... And I thought my heart rest will drop not so long after the ablation. Maybe I need few hours to calm my heart without drugs ?

Is it possible to lower you A1C from 48 to 41 in 3 months?
He attributed the drop to strict low carb diet and light exercise, did not take on anything major, like running or
swimming
etc! I have been following low carb diet an coupled with regular exercise routines but unbale to drop my A1C!

What have you seen on your run you wouldn’t have seen otherwise?
I have chronic pain in my hands which means anything that involves upper body - including would you believe Tai Chi (hand waving),
swimming
(resistance of the water), cycling (holding handles) etc etc isn’t an option. Even clenching my fists running can be a trigger.
