Hi i got some XLS pro 7 to try how much weight would i lose i eat more fruit and veg then anything and go for walks and swimming. Can it help lose a lot off weight?

Hi again Lincsguy33, a couple of months ago you asked a similar question.How are you doing? Have you lost any weight since then?
I've managed to lose weight slowly but surely by eating the right sorts of foods. I can't exercise enough to "burn" any extra off, so I'm careful about what I eat. I've never tried any sort of supplement as they're definitely not a quick fix and not sustainable in the long run. Far cheaper to cut down on fruit to cut down the sugar intake. If you need a dessets or snack try a few nuts like macadamia which are low in carbohydrates, wallnuts which are high in omega3 fatty acids and anti inflammatories or brasil nuts whuch are high in selenium which is good for thyroid function wich has many repurcussuions on metabolic health and contains antioxidants (but be careful to not overdose, 3 per day should be about right).
