Graves Disease - Exercise
Say
swimming
or dance class? My heart rate isn’t massively high but at times is slightly raised at around 100 beats per minute. I have been having some heart palpitations, which prompted the discovery of the Graves’ disease having returned.

An infection from either
swimming
(I live in greece) from sea or pool or sex or just because. It’s rare they said, it doesn’t happen frequently they said otherwise all women would be told to stay in a room for 9 months. Don’t feel bad it’s not your fault they said.

Anybody outside the range part 2.
At the moment I struggle to clean up on the kitchen and do a load of laundry, this is not me as a person, I love being outside, making things, I would still skate every day if I could, or go
swimming
fishing or walking.

My heart palpitations have gone, food absorption improved with reduction in awful peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness in hands, arms, face, legs and feet - across heart at worst stage) and exercise is doable - I've just bought a years
swimming
membership (now I'm back on 100 mcg Levo).

v&o treatment fatigue improvement, When does it happen?
I was still
swimming
almost daily, part time working, moving house, very fatigued and lightheaded but able. Usual complications at the start of treatment wbc pushed down to about 5 the first weekend. I felt rough to say the least for a few weeks. Once hitting cycle 2/3 I’ve felt much brighter.

I was running 7k a year or so ago , and
swimming

Sport after nephrectomy
I used think nothing of long bike rides (of around 90km/3 hours) and 10 mile runs on the weekend with several training sessions (often before and after work) during the week consisting of
swimming
(pool and open water), running, cycling (road and trails), gym and maybe some yoga.

Feeling upset
Yesterday I had an appointment with my cardiologist and now I’ve been told that open water
swimming
is no longer safe for me to do (as well as pretty much everything else that brings me joy). Certainly can’t do anything that I couldn’t get myself out of, if I was in difficulty.

Enjoying the swim (but maybe not all the people)
I had assumed we were going for lunch or something, when
swimming
was arranged I was surprised but went along. My previous
swimming
attempts were pre-C25K and it pleased me when I now found it a lot easier than before.

Who'd have thought it?
It's much harder than Phase 3 rehab at the hospital and they've put me straight in at advanced level for classes, all that
swimming
must have paid off 🏊♂️. Really enjoyed this morning, everyone is really lovely there and already looking forward to next session this Friday.

Need faster research on Neuro-modulation
But with big pharm and their lobbyist the other approaches are
swimming
against the current when it comes to research $$$$. We will get no where until we pressure our lawmakers. I will not hesitate to ask congress for help. PD is growing faster and affecting every generation .Thanks

Time flies... when you're having babies!
The transplant is my only ticket to getting elements of my old life back and giving me the opportunity to do things like take Cassie
swimming
or get a plane somewhere without fear or limitation. That's why I'm on the list.

I am struggling today
I blew off going to
swimming
(which usually helps) because I was so tired, and now I'm mad at myself for not going. Just want to cry and stay in bed.

weak knees - any thoughts or advice?
On off days I had been going
swimming
, and doing breaststroke with the frog leg foot action - I’m thinking that might have been the cause of the knee strain - any thoughts?

Exercise routines
I’m back into my walking and also been doing quite a bit
swimming
, cardiologist told me it’s probably the best best form of exercise you can do for cardio. Sure he also said aerobics was really good, not tried that yet! Thanks.

To try medication or not.
She walks down a street singing ( even strings of words that don’t even make sense sometimes), she’d even sing and move loads in a communal shower at the
swimming
pool ( and get a few funny looks!) she has lots of energy obviously but is really happy and enthusiastic about life.

Prednisolone and high blood pressure
I did return to
swimming
as regularly as I could and have limited my red meat intake. I didn’t have a weight problem. I am now on 2 mg of Prednisolone which I hope to continue tapering shortly. It just proves to me what I thought from the start that the Prednisolone was causing high blood pressure.
