Any recommended cardiologists in far NW/NE England for specific BP problems

Now on 4+ years Long Covid problems with a mix of high BP when for eg sitting ( systolic into 160s), but very low postural hypotension when standing. Have been on 6 pills to reduce BP, left on 5 for 2 years until last Jan. when a Falls consultant with tilt test table diagnosed the postural hypotension with BP at 60/40 and HR 130+. She got rid of the bisoprolol, and indapamide and shifted amlodipine from am to pm and suggested to Gp if that didn’t work then up doxazosin from 2x4 mg am and pm overnight by adding another 8 mg. Meanwhile for last 15 months I have been swimming 45 mins 5x a week, and intermittent fasting in the hope of loosing weight ( no more than 1.5 kg lost)…but still got the BP hyper/ hypo stats and symptoms. I have had a 24 hr BP monitor which averaged out at a respectable 131/66. The NHS Falls consultant ( in a Trust involving a 4 hour drive to/ fro) has effectively signed me off with a letter saying ‘hope you feel better?’ The cardiologists in my Trust organised ecgs/ echocardiogram ( plus respiratory staff did chest X-rays ) but nothing found so they signed me off without seeing anybody too. So I am left in a position where I cannot walk for more than a few minutes without fainting , and cannot do hobbies like cooking or gardening. So resorting to see if any other cardiologist has been sympathetically treating Long Covid sufferers with dysautonomic BP problems…any pm recommendations welcomed.

Thanks. I have been doing more research on Long Covid and dysautonomia/ postural hypotension etc..some think it’s a vitamin deficiency namely thiamine/ B1, so trying this while waiting to get my phone appointment with GP ( don’t do face to face despite this being a problem of a few years!).
