Started C25K again at an extremely slow pace. I’m on week 4 Day 3. I decided to try something and I managed it. I slothed for 20 mins. It felt more like swimming. Love running in the rain as no-one is around😂🤣😂

Slothing eh! Soggy slothing, even. I'm not sure I would have had the resolve to go out in that much weather, although I don't mind a raindrop or two, I'm going to say thank you for representing the less fleet of foot in the prevailing conditions 😁💦
