Results are: TSH 1.06 - (0.35 - 4.94) T3 3 - (2.63-5.20) T4 8 - (9-19) The only real change I've made is that I have started
swimming
a lot more. I felt okay afterwards, so I kept going, but now I think it's having an impact. Not sleeping well, slightly lower mood etc..

New member- swimming lessons!
I'm starting
swimming
lessons tomorrow as I like the water but don't really know how to swim lengths as an actual workout, I've heard
swimming
is good for the joints. So I'm going to start
swimming
as my excerise. Has anyone else done this or found it helps? Or can recommend anything else?

Six week shake it up - week 3, where I compose a message about keeping our pool open
I finally purchased new
swimming
gear! Next week I get to try it out! Went for my second swim of this week. Had an illuminating chat with the lifeguard on duty.

Grand Finale...
and med levels ...So the answer is more exercise, and likely aerobic exercise...I'm always working on this, but likely need to add bigger hills..or longer walks with 2 medium hills ;) If my knee starts to act up, i will have to figure out something else...i have no bike right now...not sure about me

Advice from those of you that have had transfers abroad
I know they say not to go
swimming
in a pool but did any of you go
swimming
in the ocean? Or snorkel? Sun bathe? Etc. Would love to know...usually when I’m on holiday I love to swim and snorkel. Would love to hear any of your experiences that turned out to be a BFP also? Thanks

PVC and bigeminies post-ablation - healing time?
The PVC returned during two weeks after RFA and then vanished for 5 weeks (completely - I have not had this for years and years), I was cycling,
swimming
and getting life back!

Exercise
Then some bright spark will say oh you should go
swimming
- they just don't understand the effort it takes to get showered and dressed in the morning to then think about doing it all again later in the day for a swim which is going to cause chronic leg pain tomorrow!

Depression and letting it take its course
So even when I’m exhausted from running from
swimming
from guessing from trying, my mind is split and I survive in black and white until I am ready to move into color.

MASSIVE SHARE: Enter At Your Own Risk! (and thanks for reading.)
There are a plethora of things that weigh me down like cement boots in a
swimming
pool: POLITICS, for example. I now live in a country under the leadership of angry despot! An insane, xenophobic, narcissist whose hatred and racism is rivaled only by that of Adolph Hitler.

6 week swim it up - week 2
Am now sitting in my office stinking up the place with my chlorinated
swimming
kit, skin, and hair. It really stays in my skin - and yes I did shower after! ah well, it is good for me (
swimming
, not the chlorine). Got myself a ten swim card so am now committed to nine more swims.
