JUST KEEP SWIMMING
About 2 months ago. It was negative thoughts 24/7 and very little random positive episodes throughout the day for me. Now it is 24/7 normal thoughts and minimized random negative episodes. I cant wait to put all this behind me in due time.

Looking for relief from itching that is keeping me up at night.
I generally feel good and am able to tolerate 45 minutes of aerobic activity (
swimming
) 3-4 days per week. Recently (within the last few weeks), I started having itching at night that started to keep me up for a few hours about two weeks ago.

Muscle / breathing pain
Swimming
and osteopathy help a lot. Also craniosacral therapy helps the nerves to heal the gaps/ synapse. They can always start up again with an infection but treatment produces some improvement. Worst problem was 3 yrs ago when I had a freak fall and broke 4 bones in the leg+ankle- Weber B.

Don't think CouchTo5k is attainable? Feel free to read my story
Going back to primary school, thinking of ways to get out of
swimming
lessons, as my man boobs would make me ashamed. As an adult: I accepted that I'm morbidly obese, and my being overweight, WOULD KILL ME at some point.

I enjoy exercise - running,
swimming
, and weights. And I generally have a good diet but there are times when I have cravings and it’s hard to deny myself.
