Just Wondering!
I do remain active ( work full time ) and love to go
swimming
+ little other bits at the gym. I am just struggling to cope though. I know it sounds stupid but I just don't want to go to this appointment and him think I am wasting his time.

Improving running when not running?
Swimming
, elliptical, increasing daily steps or any other exercises? Was see by physio in August and I know nothing seriously wrong with the knee. Have some exercises to strengthen particular muscles which I will now start again.

Finally tackled the hill!
It is also good because about 5K in there is a good
swimming
spot along the river, so I might take a little backpack with some bathers one day too!

How I got my BFP
Three months prior to egg collection, I joined the gym and went 3/4 times a week doing cardio on the cycling machine, runner and step machine,
swimming
and relaxing in the steam room. I quit the gym as soon as I had egg retrieval :D I didn't lose much weight but i got so so much fitter.

Hi
I really enjoy gym/
swimming
but yet to see any real results. I do eat better now than what I did, however, does anyone have any ideas of things to completely avoid, or things that aided their weight loss? I have been reading about green tea and hot water with lemon but I have read mixed reviews.

The fat unfriendly world.
Swimming
is ruled out as well for the same reason. I know being overweight isn't healthy but some of us fatties (all of us maybe) aren't going to be size 10 overnight so I wish the world was a bit more fat friendly

Saturdays short run
I'm taking my grandkids for their 9am
swimming
lesson that Mrs LeeU and I got them for Christmas, so I had to do a shorter run this morning. I opted for a 15-20 minute run at 7kph, another 0.5kph up from my last run and another step on seeing what my ankle would take.

Run 3 of the week
I felt a bit like Dori from Nemo "just keep
swimming
(running)". Eventually stopped at 53mins, 53secs. Only managed 6.2km, boy am I slow. I love it though! One regret, should have tried to keep going so i could claim hour badge, missed a trick there.

No news on embryos between days 1 and 5?!
(Cheeky blighters were just
swimming
round and round my poor eggs!!) Was told this is really rare, but sometimes genetically the two just hate each other :-( So, zero to freeze or transfer. Second cycle, changed everything (incl donor, obviously).

Mondays Run
Went
swimming
with my eldest daughter, son-in-law, grandkids and Mrs LeeU yesterday, thoroughly enjoyed it, even went for lunch together afterwards. This morning though it was another run to continue the rehab on my ankle, Saturday was 20 minutes at 7kph, today was aimed at a 25 minute 7kph run.

Introduction and Question.
I have adjusted to a slower pace, whilst still keeping active, bowls, walking,
swimming
. I do things when I can but also know some days I tire easily and need a nap! Now I have one big bug bear....

Three months in, here’s my update 🙂
I actually went
swimming
in public last weekend, something that was unthinkable a few months ago. My clothes are also a lot looser and It won’t be long before I’m back in my old clothes, this time I will not be going back up a waist size. Ever!

No discomfort but I very often struggle to get trousers to fit and NEVER wear shorts uness i'm going
swimming
- which I hate. Glad to find this website. I assume there are others here in a similar situation?

My first Medichecks result
I became aware of a strange sensation in my right hand, looked down to see my mouse and keyboard
swimming
with blood and blood dripping from my bruised fingers. Is it just me? I think my results look OK and suggest my conversion to active T4 is quite good. Have I got this right?

and 2 little kids!) Question is do I do my second run in the morning?
