AF and My Dentist's Idea - Well!
I told him I'd been 6 months AF free, until I'd started pulling out brambles in the garden a few weeks ago and a few heart bumps had started, next morning I'd gone
swimming
and then when I arrived home my heart rhythm took off making me feel hot, faint and dizzy.

swimming
In the sea...not far but out of reach for being able to put my feet down (never again) well started to get breathless and couldn't get Back to shore without struggling...thought. I was going to drown. All I can say for the future is that Im sticking to the water of a frozen kind xx.

Also at
swimming
I get stared at a lot as my skin is really dry. It will turn white because it is not waterproof, the redness is due to me being unable to control my body temperature very well and also being unable to sweat properly.

Friday's long slow run
The
swimming
is going well too, I did 26 lengths yesterday (650m), my target is 40 (1km) but I'll work my way up to that. Happy running everyone.

Microvascular angina
I’m, or was, very fit and healthy running
swimming
and cycling regularly. I am really frustrated as exertion brings on the angina symptoms. I’m back at the hospital this week and having read up on the BHF site think I have Microvascular Angina and also think it might be linked to the menopause.

Getting over rubbish run
The Voices started as usual: “your legs are really stiff- probably from
swimming
yesterday “, “this road is hillier than you thought”, “there’s a lot of fast traffic on this road”. All true but I told the Voices to shut up.

First post holiday run
I had set myself a goal of getting either to or below 22 stone before my holiday but I missed it by 5-6lbs, to my surprise, I'm now below the 22 stone goal even though I've been on holiday (plenty of sun, sand,
swimming
and scuba) so that may account for the extra weight loss (but I did eat quite a lot

This morning’s run was so lovely
The family trip was to a big
swimming
complex about an hour away, and after a brief play session with the grandsprockets, I left them with their respective parents and went for a swim. This was about 7 hours ago, now, and my eyes are still sore 🙁 9.27k in 1:06:58

Public pools while immuno-deficient (MS + treatment)? is it ok?
This is summertime and I'm very tempted to go to the local outdoor
swimming
pool to change my exercise routine a bit. I'm concerned that being under Ocrevus (next round soon), my immune system is depleted and I could catch nasty stuff in the pool. Same for other open water (lake,...).

Pain again on 9mg Prednisonone
All I did today was take my 3 yr old GD
swimming
and I’m flaked out writing this! Do you think I should raise the Pred dose to 10mg? I’m afraid GPS are pretty unsupportive prob because I also keep getting Urinary Tract Infections every few weeks and they are sick of me 😢😢

Photo of a red admiral butterfly on a budlia. The narcotic for bees and butterflies.
The river was clear and sparkling and there were trout
swimming
through the wavering green weeds flowing out like mermaids hair. There was a🦆doing the rounds of the tables giving a short polite quack at each table to see if the diners had anything on offer.

Hypermobility confusion
I can't go back to
swimming
because my left shoulder plays up. When I do front crawl I am brought to tears after a little whole because its like my arm is going in and out of place as I do the stroke and cracks so much.
