Baclofen and PLMD symptoms
About two months ago I strained my back lifting a
swimming
pool pump. My PLMD symptoms immediately increased. I began upping my dosage of Baclofen up to 80 mg some nights. My PLMD kept getting worse. My VA Dr ordered a CAT scan, which showed nothing wrong.

Holiday š
Hi, I am off on holiday for 2 weeks tomorrow, will be
swimming
and walking along the beach šļø. Staying in an all inclusive hotel and plan on having a relaxing holiday. Fingers crossed I can maintain weight rather than gain. The last overseas holiday was 8 years ago, so excited.

Hydroxychlorquine
I also have a question about whether taking it raised your photosensitivity and reaction to things generally like shampoo and sops and
swimming
pools? Lastly š what do you eat for breakfast?

looking for some reassurance
Sorry if this is a silly question, but I am 3dp5dt and my clinic said to carry on as normal just no sex,
swimming
or running a marathon. Today I wasnāt thinking and cleaned up after our electrician - I carried a pretty heavy Henry hoover up to our loft room.

2024 weight loss journey
Once I feel a bit better with my belly I will probably start going
swimming
for a hour a week. I will be cutting out/down on a lot of things. One is going to be pop. I will be cutting that out pretty much all together. Takeaways as well. My biggest struggle is snacking in the evenings.

Wading through treacle
Prior to this I was working and active,
swimming
around 60 lengths, twice a week. Within six weeks I couldnāt even dress myself. I eventually got seen by rheumatologist in May and began treatment.

cold water swimming and AF
ā¦.Been cold water
swimming
since October: all through winter no wetsuit etc. even when 4C. My question is : does anyone else swim whilst in AF? Wondering if I can carry on. Or another thing off the list with AF? Seems sad if so but interested in what others do? Thanks

If you could be any animal in the world, which animal would you be? Why?
I imagine that flying is similar to
swimming
, and that's also something that relaxes me. I'd want to be a smart bird though, like a raven or a crow.

Latest Blood Test results, Please advise
- Keeping an eye on my portion sizes for carb intake (rice, bread etc) - Exercise (walking, running,
swimming
(recently) - Home-cooked food and avoiding take-aways. I did take this for a month: https://www.cytoplan.co.uk/blood-glucose-support It's hard to say if this helped.

Found a new way to screw up.
Swimming
the side stroke naturally regulates my aerobic expenditure as I can only go so fast without losing form. I was limiting the distance I hiked.

iām done. I canāt do this amymore
I was tracking my food, I ate good and I also go
swimming
twice a week for 2 hours, sometimes 3 hours straight and on top of that, I go cycling. I have to lose only 5-4kilograms, to get my health surgery. I have wasted one month and itās frustrating. I want to give up and just cry.

Knee Injury - Motivation!
I have allowed the pounds to creep on again, despite trying to eat sensibly, walking and
swimming
regularly. I know my problem is late night snacking, and often serving too large portions.
