i‘m done. I can‘t do this amymore
I was tracking my food, I ate good and I also go
swimming
twice a week for 2 hours, sometimes 3 hours straight and on top of that, I go cycling. I have to lose only 5-4kilograms, to get my health surgery. I have wasted one month and it’s frustrating. I want to give up and just cry.

Nike Run Club 10k Plan…Week 1 liftoff!
I’m already doing a good amount of strength and flexibility work at the gym and cross training too (
swimming
, spin and Zumba) so I should be set up to have a very nice time with it. So far, I’ve watched the intro from Coach B and downloaded all my runs for the week.

40 days AF
Making sure Im exercising at least 3 days weeks, walks ,
swimming
,nothing too strenuous which helps with maintaining my mental well-being and also keep a good stick of herbal drinks and nice juices. I’m definitely not so stressed and seem generally calmer.

I've even started
swimming
lessons! God bless the NHS. When it works, it's marvellous. Unfortunately, when it doesn't work... well that's another matter, but I won't go there just now.

I am a slow waddler most of the time and the buzzy
swimming
feeling in my head makes me fractious and non-productive. At 56, I am not ready for the poverty of early retirement, and my 3 kids require financing through 1 x college, 1 x uni and 1 x self employed in the creative arts.

Bisprolol 2.5mg post heart bypass surgery. Low RHR resting heart rate.
My resting heart rate is 48 due to a lifetime of fellrunning cycling
swimming
triathlon. The manufacturers leaflet says bisoprolol should NOT be given to anyone with rhr under 60. I believe this is why i feel unnecessarily unwell and i am trying to pesuade the dr to reduce the dose.

Swim or Not
After my TAVI procedure I asked about
swimming
- I saw a leaflet that cautioned about post operative - cold water - and horizontal exercise - I took the advice so cannot report on any result of ignoring it.

finding hope and joy
I’ve recently found some joy in cooking again, and gentle exercise - walks,
swimming
, yoga. Right now I’m just trying to find hope again, after so much heaviness. If anyone feels like sharing tips for finding joy and hope after grief and loss I’d be most grateful .

Thank goodness for our NHS and BHF
I thought I was fairly fit and healthy, walking 1 hour a day, twice a week yoga,
swimming
and generally active with my 4 grandchildren. We eat a good diet, no takeaways, no alcohol and I gave up smoking more than 20 years ago.

what free exercise do you do?
Hi, I was taking a daily walk as part of my exercise regime (as well as
swimming
). However, the pollen has put a stop to this. I’m trying to find some, free, exercises I can do in my house that’s not aerobic. I was thinking about tai chi on YouTube.

Evaluating
If I am
swimming
then I am doing well etc. So for now I am working with the concept of how annoyed Iam. Things like; sometimes going out to my vehicle to get something is a decision if I am annoyed. Other times I just do it without thinking.

I have seen other posts and understand the importance of exercise and how good
swimming
can be. I have also seen the online exercises for people with RA.
