🍏Photo Challenge
and as I took some photos I was quite unaware that CBDBwas going to put out a photo challenge…Look how those waves gently touch the rocks … the south wind nudging them forward in spite of the outgoing tide… As we continued our walk further down the beach there were 3 tough Geordie youngsters

Swimming with tinnitus
Hi everyone, I have a knee injury and part of the physio will be
swimming
. Will the regular half-hour sessions immersed in chlorinated water exacerbate my tinnitus to any extent? Thanks in advance. Kind regards, Mark

Experience with exercise and hip pain ?
I can't go
swimming
ATM as the hassle and pain of travelling, then dressing n undressing at the gym, is too much at the moment. I'm at the start of trying to relieve my hip pain and am fairly stiff and locked up, Ă t the moment. Thanks.

High Urate Levels Symptoms?
It feels like my head is being squeezed and '
swimming
about' with lack of concentration. Had 3 Urine tests in all! and all came back fine. Had a blood test, and all fine, except High Uric Acid Levels which could indicate Gout?

Normally I clear my mucus with sea

(fit & active 40 yr old M). A week ago I did an extra long sea session, to clear as much as I could. That night I had air hunger & couldn’t sleep, leading to a&e a few days later.

I felt so much better without my one or two glasses of wine daily - plus I have more money to pay a gym membership and go
swimming
at our local pool.

week 5 run 3 with a total hip replacemebt
I have a warm up and warm down programme and strengthening with pilates and
swimming
which I think is helping. I have also repeated a few of the weeks until I feel more confident. I now run with smaller strides, really hard not to get faster and stride out though.

Just diagnosed with ischaemic heart disease
I have problems with my left shoulder, so
swimming
is really difficult at the moment, and arthritis in my left knee which makes walking any distance a bit painful. Would be really grateful for any advice for weight loss/fitness/emotional support.

Triple Heart Bypass
However, I received a setback today as after about 15 - 20 minutes in I suddenly came over all faint and woozy with my head
swimming
and I was in danger of keeling over. I had to rest a while to get back to normal and was then able to carry on back home but at a much slower pace.

Arm Cast
I have a fracture clinic appointment on Wednesday this week, so my two short questions are : 1) - I am terrified of losing all my fitness by not running (or
swimming
) ?? 2) - Can I run with an arm cast on ??

Should I be feeling these side effects on fluoxetine?
It feels like my whole brain is
swimming
. I’m feeling jittery and weak too, and have bad nausea but I haven’t been sick yet. It’s worse when I look at lights/moving screens. Went to out of hours GP last night and was told my temperature, blood sugar, blood pressure and urine were all fine.

IC and pelvic pain
I also have regular physiotherapy and do gentle exercise (yoga,
swimming
). I started taking Desert Harvest Aloe Vera about a year ago and it has helped me get rid of the stinging feeling when emptying my bladder.
