Baby swim wear recommendations?
Our little boy will be 10 months when we go and we want to get some
swimming
lessons in before hand, it's an indoor
swimming
pool. I'm not really sure what you put a baby in for
swimming
, are there special waterproof nappies? Any recommendations would be much appreciated, thank you.

Tripped
So today I have been just sitting around, since banging my head My Head is
swimming
and have a terrible headache and a bump on my lower eye orbit caused by the glasses. I have had a period of falling last year between Summer and Christmas.

Mum and son run
Myself and my son (age 7), decided that we wanted to learn to run to keep our fitness up while my gym is closed and his
swimming
lessons are off (he swims regularly 3 times a week and can easily do 40 lengths - just for perspective).

Swimming pool design for aquatic therapy experience
She told me it is better to have a
swimming
pool at our home. I felt that it is right. So I thought, anyway I am going to renovate my home. So why can't I install a
swimming
pool in the backyard of my house? It is beneficial in many ways.

Help, any Psychologists & Psychiatrists: How can we prepare ourselves for the so called 'New Normal?' How can we make it better?
On occasions when
swimming
at sea, on a particularly favourite piece of beach, although very shallow, like all beaches, it is possible to be swept out more than one realises... Right now, after having managed pretty well so far, I am suddenly feeling unsettled in a strange way... .

Week 3 in the bag!!
Getting to the gym,
swimming
or a nice long walk 3 times a week. Great for the waste line and the mind! Keep up all the great work you’re all doing!! Here’s to a great week 4!!

Sore calves- should I continue running or rest?
If the gym was open, I could go on the cross trainer, exercise bike or even go
swimming
which is lower-impact, but running is literally the only exercise I can do at the moment. If I go for a walk it doesn't give me the same feeling of accomplishment as running does.

So tired of being strong
It reminds me of a time when I was young, gasping for breath in a
swimming
pool as I drift further and further to the deep end and nobody to help me. I have to fight to survive when I’m getting really tired and things are getting darker. I am really tired.

Off day stretch. What’s next after strength/flex program?
I saw a recommendation for
swimming
and yoga with Adriene. There are 550 Adriene videos, so that took awhile. Saw some running specific and a couple of 30 day programs. Any recommendations?

Outrageous swimming pools
Where I live we have a huge aquatic center. The largest pool is set for laps and competitions. The other large pool has a huge water slide(no I won’t be trying it). Right out front of slide is water fountains spraying into pool and about 6 buckets on a pole which fill and dump on you. This same pool

Have delegated Mark to drive me and do the other chores around the
swimming
. He can pick me up after. Just need to manage the even more exhausting drying and dressing after

Having a demanding job on this ivf journey
I do meditation,
swimming
, yoga and acupuncture to decompress. Sometimes I wonder whether work stress could affect the outcome of my ivf treatment. Is anyone in the same situation? Has anyone had successful ivf treatments despite having stressful jobs? Thanks, all! Xx

Getting the most from Low Carb (LCHF)
You don't need everything
swimming
in grease; you simply need to start using fattier cuts of meat (and learning to cook them!), and you need to use butter, minimally-processed oils, and naturally-fatty foods (eg., cheese) the way our ancestors used them.
