My favourite line in any move, is from finding nemo “ just keep

I had a bit of experience with regular exercise in the past, I used to do weight lifting and a bit of treadmill,
swimming
in the winter. Always fell off when it got busy in the summer.

(I’ve been running with my 7 year old son in a bid to try to keep up his fitness during lockdown - he can’t do his regular
swimming
which I’m so disappointed about because for his age, I’d never seen anything like it (!) anyway I thought running would help his stamina..

SVT, bad enough for ablation?
The next day I decided to try
swimming
(always quite active, had read that exercise helps panic attacks). In the shower after
swimming
my heart rate raised again and I felt weak and scared. This time the doctor assumed it was panic attacks and prescribed some kind of anti anxiety medication.

Should I run?
I was going to the gym and
swimming
but not constantly. My BMI had gone up was declared overweight. I registered to go on weight management at my local gym due to COVID-19 it has been suspended (which am a little upset about). To get the point, I want to go running but I am scared and nervous.

Before diagnosis on 2011 I was a regular gym goer plus
swimming
twice per week ( love
swimming
). The day I was taken for a lovely 6 week holiday in to hospital I had been to the gym and done my weekly pump class. I did it but felt so tired afterwards.

Is Swimming still safe?
Is it still save to use
swimming
baths with COVID-19? Since my diagnosis with Lupus, I have tried to do some exercise as it has helped with my pain and soreness.

Propranolol withdrawl
He told me to give it a couple more weeks and to start exercising and
swimming
and doing things to increase adrenaline to help the system normalize which it eventually will. Is anyone else experiencing this? Please help I feel so worn out with weeks of these symptoms.

Day 98: Helpful Research.
Some of the things I probably won't do, but you never know, like cold water
swimming
. Other things were more easily done to help. The things I found are probably obvious or things you already know, but if you want to have a look you can.

Running consecutive days
I used to go
swimming
on a Friday, but that's gone with the lockdown, and my bike .... it's hanging up in the garage where it's been for the past 30 odd years! Do they still sell imperial tyres? haha At the moment my Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday runs are adhered to like a religion.

I don't go
swimming
because I refuse to have people see me in a swim suit, it affects what clothes I buy and wear. I have an entire closet of clothes and I swear I wear the same 10 outfits. I don't know what to do!

Apply it before going outside and reapply every two hours during the day, especially after
swimming
, if you’re sweating or if it could have rubbed off such as when drying yourself with a towel. Don’t keep sunscreen where it can get hot, as heat can stop it from working.

Life could get a whole lot messier.......
I am fortunate enough to have a old mill race at the bottom of the garden and we see ducks, swans, fish, a grass snake
swimming
by and occasionally a kingfisher enjoying the space but this morning I spotted two Canadian geese checking it out...... they look magnificent but if these geese like the place

Indoor swimming pool
I finally got my nerve up and joined a local indoor pool water exercise class. The pool water was warm and the pool room was really warm/ humid and smelling strongly of pool chemicals. After the second class, I decided to quit. Both times I felt exhausted for a day or two afterwards. I didnt have any

Palpitations after Metavive 1
Last night I took my tablet as normal and then about 1/2 an hour later I started getting terrible palpitations, racing heart, chest pains and felt very odd, head painful and
swimming
and couldn’t sleep. It was pretty scary!
