Knee injuries?
The Dr I saw advised shorter but faster runs on grass rather than roads, and
swimming
instead instead of running if possible. Has anyone else had knee problems during the programme?

Prescribed Zopiclone 7.5mg after giving up cannabis addiction for 15 years experiencing extreme insomnia and withdrawal symptoms.
I’ve tried everything from taking part in leisure activities such as gym,
swimming
, jogging late at night to tire me out but nothing seems to work. I would appreciate if you have any tips or advice to help me with this. Thanks :)

Can my ozone generator in my spa pool be used to collect oxygen enriched air? What are the best oxygen generators?
Anyway there are oxygen generators available but there is a waiting list to buy one, so I wondered could I somehow collect the ozone from my
swimming
pool which will immediately break down into oxygen I am assuming, and get him to breathe that?

A few things that have help me are regular gentle
swimming
, compression socks, a clever app that helps me keep track of my medicines, resting when I can and being kind to myself.

Help! Pee in Pool???
It would really help my pelvic pain to go
swimming
but I can't go in the water without a "diaper" on. I was thinking I could just use some type of plastic like pants to go over the diaper, then, over that, a swim skirt style of bathing suit.

WK 8 run 3 next how long should I wait to recover from a migraine before I run?
Yesterday I completed wk 8 run2 came home had a shower did some stretching then back out the door to take my son to his
swimming
lesson. After about 15 minutes poolside I thought the lights shining on the water where bothering my eyes.

Who has more than one device?
I said that the fitbit was for
swimming
tracking. Think he couldn't understand why I needed two devices. The fitbit will of course be a backup if my Polar m430 ever packed up.

W7R3 - Done!
Took my son to his
swimming
coaching, and then ran from there. First time ever running straight out & back. No significant hills, just a little undulating, and not the most pleasant place to run, alongside a major road, but did the job.... Week 8 now starts on Wednesday....

Oh I am getting silly now!
Think my mind may be getting used to getting fitter, my birthday in April thought a weekend away , somewhere nice, narrowed the hotels down to two, both having very good gyms and a
swimming
pool. Have I lost the plot?

Hello - new member.
I suffered a perforated eardrum as a kid, jumping in and out of
swimming
pools didn't help. Constant ear infections. Fell in love with loud music as a teenager, that didn't help either. However it's always been transient and something I have been able to deal with, cope with and ignore.
