Comment on exercise and fitness
Log explanation: It would show how often and how long I exercise -3-4x per week, alternating biking in the mountains and
swimming
. My biking session is usually 80-90 minutes and
swimming
is 2.5Km in 60-65min ( 100 laps in 25m pool).

30 Day Update
I am ahead of this time last year with my
swimming
distance. I am at ¼ mile and expect to be at ½ mile earlier than last summer. I am ahead of my distance hiking and expect to be more ahead than the end of last summer. I still hike in the winter. It is a different dynamic.

I have been to several specialists, but no one understands what is happening to me, their eyes always ends up

Recent HF diagnosis
I still don't have any particularly noticeable symptoms, just a bit of shortness of breath every now and then, but I'm going to the gym and
swimming
again. I don't know what to think but I don't think I can cope with hearing bad news right now.

Latest results appear normal but not feeling so
I am still walking and
swimming
, with a tad of stretching yoga. I haven’t mentioned this to dr but I must make an appointment as dr has suggested via message that I am responding well and don’t need to be tested again for six months and can remain on this dose.

I am a slow waddler most of the time and the buzzy
swimming
feeling in my head makes me fractious and non-productive. At 56, I am not ready for the poverty of early retirement, and my 3 kids require financing through 1 x college, 1 x uni and 1 x self employed in the creative arts.

Unsure of best option in early prostate cancer diagnosis.
With the above info, I’m
swimming
in a sea of uncertainty. The RO is recommending EBRT with possible ADT due to the genomic data. I have met with 2 RO’s, one wants fiducial markers and one doesn’t. My Urologist feels confident that either RT or RP will be sufficient for a high cure rate.

Feeling considerably better but fleeting pain in upper arm
Started with adult ballet class, then
swimming
and recently yoga. My feeling is to just keep this as they are and only up Pred if anything changes. Any thoughts would be welcome. Thank you.

Rehabilitation shoulder swimming
So today I did my 1st
swimming
session only 30mins and only 10 lengths of a 25 meter pool so 250 meters! I had to stop after every 2 lengths to do my inpool exercises! I can only do breaststroke after a fashion! Which is good as I never learned to do front crawl!

Here is the thing with open water

. You can only swim too far once. 🙂 I swim a little bit further until I am tired at the end of my swim then back off then swim a bit further. Does not look like I will be
swimming
my typical 1/2 mile minimum. I expect to exceed last year's maximum.

why though?
so, I started with an EF of 30 and now, a year later, it is 60 ( on Entresto highest dose, Bisoprolol, Lanzoprozole, Atrovastatin, Spironolactone, Clopidogrel ) but I went
swimming
yesterday (20 slow lengths) then couldn’t get up for my ballet lesson this morning.

Some good news
I radically changed my diet and began
swimming
three to four times a week. After a horrendous few weeks with awful sleeping trouble, nightmares, terrible gastric symptoms, and awful anxiety chiefly brought on by far too much googling, I am starting to feel much better.

I did it!
I walk loads anyway and a couple of weeks ago I started a course of
swimming
lessons as although I can swim, I want to be a betted swimmer and feel more confident in the water.
