went to Budapest last week Monday and weighed 16st 2. Exercised every day, long walks and swimming plus healthy eating.

Weighed today 15 st 11. Loss 5lbs 👍

A great story and seems like a good holiday too . What starts in Budapest doesn't have to stay there . Gosh 5lbs ....impressive.
