Well ladies and of course the gents. My goal for this week is to complete an exercise a day, even if it is a workout in the morning and swimming 3 times a week. I need to increase my steps and activity if I want to achieve my goals. I hope you are all doing well, we've got this folks xx

Good luck. Mine was to get up 3 mornings at 6 and exercise so far failed. I need to sort myself out!!
Hiya Kezbomb - i'm not an early bird myself so I really struggle with getting up to work out early but things I do find help:
* laying out what I need the night before (clothes, water etc)
* have your playlist ready to go with songs you love to listen to and work out to
* hiding my phone *underneath* the workout clothes after I've set my alarm
* take a drink of water as soon as I get up to switch off the alarm.
Once I'm up and literally holding the clothes I want to put on having moved them to turn off the alarm, it's just as easy to put them on and get going as it would be to get back in bed.
