Hi everyone, so just a quick one. Wonder if anyone else feels a bit like me ?? I'm really struggling to get motivated at the moment. It's not helping when it's dark, cold and wet in the evenings. I love running, but time with everything (work, homelife, general everything life) is just flying by and there is never enough time in a day to do everything I need to do.
Last week I was suffering with bruised tendons on the top of my foot, so only ran once in the week and a parkrun on Saturday (got a PB though, even with a sore foot), yesterday after swimming I somehow managed to twist and jar my back while getting dried (the cubicles are always too small to swing a cat in). I went running Tuesday, but will miss it tonight as I need my back to be ok for Saturday (I'm going on a Total Ninja Assault Course). I will swim again on Sunday, but I just feel like a total train wreck at the moment, with these niggles. I also suffer with chronic IBS, which doesn't help while running (it gets very uncomfortable).
Anyway, rant over - hope everyone is well ..... just wondered if anyone else feels totally drained with niggling stuff at the moment too, or is it just me !!
