Still bleeding due to erection after 7 days from circumcision op
The ring around the incision part as well as the shaft of my penis is now swollen like a
swimming
float. I saw online that you can let the swelling go away by keeping the penis upright, so I am thinking of using some gauze and tape to give it some support. Is that ok?

Self-defeating attitude & Medication

classes for instance, she does great on her own, until the teacher tells her to swim backwards, and hold the board a certain way and she is done. I can’t, I can’t, I can’t, I don’t know how.... Also, the medicine doesn’t help at all in her concentration to communicate.

I run 3 times a week with a days rest in between as recommended by the app but should I be doing more exercise such as
swimming
or something or have the rest day ready for my next run?

Tinnitus and swimming
Hi there, I've had tinnitus since April 2017 in my left ear. I did notice it after self syringing my ear. I visited the GP who referred me to Lewisham ear nose and throat department - afraid I found them useless, went back to the GP, and asked to be referred to the Royal Throat, Nose Ear hospital at

Lucky pants - well, running shorts!
I suspect those hills (which were also walked up regularly) plus
swimming
& snorkeling everyday may have given the old pins a work out too though. So the picture is a request from Flick - headless cos the photographer claimed you could see more of the shorts that way!

Focusing on the positive
I’m loving having the time to go on longer walks and to the
swimming
pool a couple of times a week (when I’m not in hospital or feeling too debilitated). I’m also loving the thinking time I now have.

Lovely Lucerne
.💦 And it was sensational,
swimming
I. The cleanest clearest water I’ve ever seen outside, with the most magnificent backdrop, it was totally exhilarating. Even the 2km run back to the hotel was fine, despite putting my kit on over my wet underwear, it didn’t matter.
